LATE REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2007/SPRING 2008

There are some spots still open for the Fall 2007/Spring 2008 Season. A late registration fee of $25 per player applies. After August 15^th a wait list will be started and your child may not be guaranteed a spot on a team for the 2007/2008 season(s).

You can also go to the library and Pick up a form and mail it in with payment. If your son or daughter is new to Marshfield Youth Soccer we will also need a birth certificate. If you register on line and are new you will need to mail the birth certificate it to:
